Rick sold us our new home and we thought he was the best. We then contracted him to sell our old house. Between the time of buying the new house and selling the old one, Rick watched the comparable sales in our area and he took us to see houses we'd be competing against for buyers. Rick noted what could be improved in those houses and told us if we did those things we'd get our money back and sell the house faster, and he helped us accomplish that quickly. He was right and he found our buyer within the first week on the market.

We were able to close our new purchase through Rick in under 3 weeks and our sale of the old house was complete in 30 days. Rick knows how to smooth buyer remorse jitters as well as make a seller happy to repair something that was uncovered in an inspection. His success comes from wanting both parties to be happy.
